At console industries, our team ensures processing quality products and correct quantity as per order. We also strongly recommend that the item are quality checked before dispatches taken place. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the situations listed below:

Please Note: Once we have received your returned item we will issue a refund to the payment method which you have finished to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show on your account.

How to request a refund:

To request a refund, email your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality and service.

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure processing quality Assured Products as per order. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect products(s), please notify Console Industries, Customer support immediately or within 7 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please, not that Console Industries will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 working days receipt.

 

Return Policy Exclusions

Console  Industries reserves the right to refuse returns for certain products. If you feel we have made an error in filling the order From, Please call customer service/ customer support with details of the error. We will request special authorization for a return of the product.

Cancellation Policy

After placing the order, you would like to cancel it, you can do so by signing in to your account at www.consolehealthcare.com in the history section of the website.

Once the order has been accepted by our team, please send mail to our customer support @consolehealthcare.com  or contact at 011-26811185 or for cancellation requests of the confirm orders.

If the cancellation request is received prior to the order being shipped, a complete refund will be made. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process outlined in the returns section will be applicable.

CONSOLE INDUSTRIES

PRODUCTS: DIGITAL MARKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The equipment ordered will be dispatched/handed over within 2-3 days from our New Delhi office to the courier company from the date of receipt of the payment through the payment gateway.
  • The anticipated normal transportation/delivery period will be with 3-5 days minimum from the date of dispatch depending upon the location etc.
  • Any damage of the equipment during the transit the product to be reported immediately to the company on receipt of the equipment at the customer’s end.
  • Any repair/replacement will be carried out from our New Delhi office only.
  • The company’s obligation under the warranty shall be limited to repair/replacement of damaged parts only as of the discretion of the company.
  • Replacement period of the equipment is limited to any manufacturing defects only. However, any damages during the transportation will be carried out within 07(seven) days from the date of receipt of the equipment at our factory premises.
  • Any damage of the equipment during transportation, the Repair or Replacement will be carried out at our main factory/office address i.e. 61 DSIDC Complex, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1 New Delhi 110020.
